Arroz con Carne de Cangrejo y Leche de Coco

Ingredientes:

1 cucharada de Aceite de Oliva

3 cucharadas de Sofrito

1 sobre de Sazón

1/2 taza de Salsa de Tomate

12 onzas de carne de cangrejo

1 1/2 taza de agua

1/2 taza de Leche de Coco

2 tazas de Arroz

sal a gusto

Instrucciones:

1. Caliente el aceite a fuego medio, añada el sofrito, sazón y la salsa.
2. Añada la carne de cangrejo y cocine por 2 ó 3 minutos a fuego medio.
3. Agregue el agua, la leche de coco y sal al gusto. Aumente la temperatura a fuego alto hasta que hierva. Añada el arroz y mezcle. Permita que el líquido seque.
4. Vuelva a mover el arroz y cocine a fuego bajo.

English Translation for 'Rice with Crab and Coconut Milk'


Ingredients:

1 tablespoon olive oil

3 tablespoons Sofrito

1 envelope Sazon

1 / 2 cup Tomato Sauce

12 ounces crabmeat

1 1 / 2 cup water

1 / 2 cup Coconut Milk

2 cups cooked

salt to taste

Instructions:

1. Heat oil over medium heat, add the sauce, seasoning and sauce.
2. Add crabmeat and cook for 2 to 3 minutes over medium heat.
3. Add water, coconut milk and salt to taste. Increase heat to high until boiling. Add rice and stir. Allow liquid to dry.
4. Remove the rice and cook over low heat.
