Gandia is situated on the Orange Blossom Coas. It's a large coastal city of about 60,000 people and is capital of La Safor in the Land of Valencia.

The beaches are wide and sandy and stretch for miles, in fact there are 11km of them so great if you love swimming and sunbathing. There's also a thriving port and harbor and the Nautical Club offers sports facilities such as sailing, windsurfing and scuba diving.

There are many excellent hotels and apartments in town and in nearby Oliva. Many of the villas in this area come with a few acres of orange groves so property here is perfect if you want to become self-sufficient and enjoy the fruits of the land.
