Palma Airport Majorca - Getting to Palma



Son Sant Joan is a very large and beautiful airport with many lovely shops, bars and restaurants. It has a proven capacity to serve over 20 million passengers and is located 8 kilometres east of the capital city of Palma.


Palma Airport Transfers

If you're staying at one of the beach resorts there's a Shuttlebus which is the ONLY transfer service licenced by The Balearic Tourism Council with offices in Palma Airport arrivals hall, Alcudia and UK. Full members of AVIBA (Spanish equivalent of UK ABTA). The bus service route 1 - Price to Palma is approx 1.85 euro.


Palma Airport Majorca - Departures & Arrivals

Departures
Departures traffic is split between the second and fourth floors. Check-in takes place on the second floor, while the fourth floor provides access to the various boarding modules (A, B, C and D).


Arrivals
Passenger arrivals is on the ground floor and if you disembark from a plane via an airbridge, follow the signs along the corridors to reach the arrivals level of the terminal. From there, you may pick up your luggage.

If your plane parks at a remote location on the airport grounds, a bus will pick you up and take you to the arrivals level of the terminal.
