One of the reasons why Valencia real estate is very attractive is because this lovely city is still relatively undiscovered and very Spanish.

If you prefer to live by the beach their are many lovely apartments in the beach area of Cabanyal close to the newly built America's Port. Refurbishment of the area has definitely increased the value of property here and just a ten minute drive from the center of town you'll find many excellent villas with swimming pools.
