BONOBUS

BONOBUS

As in other major cities transport in Valencia wouldn't be complete without special travel cards for buses and the Valencia card for this is BONOBUS.

It's valid for 10 journeys and available from kiosks and shops with a red EMT sign. The card is validated when it’s used for the first time. Considering a bus journey costs €1.20 it's definitely worth buying.

More details on fares and routes can be found on their website

BONOMETRO

BONOMETRO is valid for 10 journeys on the metro and available for all zones. You can buy the card at metro stations and from automatic vending machines. Again, the card is validated when used for the first time.

If you're coming to Valencia for more than a couple of weeks then it's a good idea to buy the Abono transporte which is valid for a month.
