A Tu Gusto
is a versatile restaurant just a stone's throw from the spectacular City of Arts and Sciences in Valencia.

Decorated in shades of pistachio green, black and magenta, this light and airy restaurant has high ceilings and large windows.

The cheerful dining room has a minimalist feel, complemented by fresh flowers on the tables.

The style of the food is Spanish and international fusion cuisine prepared by chef and owner Salvador Furió, based on seasonal Mediterranean ingredients.

Dishes range from the traditional through to the more creative.

At lunchtime, the restaurant offers an executive set menu with fresh and natural ingredients, beautifully presented.

In the evening, diners can enjoy more creative dishes using local and seasonal produce with four different set menus representing good value for money.

There is also a carefully chosen list of Valencian and Spanish wines that has something for everyone.
