Take a ride on the Valencia Tourist Bus as it's a great way to see Valencia. You don't have to do it all in one go. You can jump off (maybe have a drink or a bite to eat), then resume your journey when you're ready.
The climate is great (it rarely rains) and if you want to take some photos to remind you of your trip, then this is the best way to do it.
Valencia City Bus Tours
The bus leaves from Plaza de la Reina (in the Old Quarter of Valencia) and transports you around the city in two hours (during the summer the last bus is at 9.00pm).

Summer - Monday to Sundays - 10.30am to 9.00pm
Every 30 mins during the summer
Winter - Monday to Sundays 10.30am - 7.30pm
