TAPAS and PAELLA

Traditional Valencian & Spanish Food!

Tapas and Paella:

Fast food has always been around in Mediterranean countries and unlike other 'fast foods', tapas are not only healthy but very affordable!

An interesting point to note is that the word 'paella' comes from the Catalan word meaning frying pan which is from the old French paelle.

The best tapas and paella are always made with the freshest and tastiest ingredients.

Parsley, garlic, saffron, cheese, olives, olive oil, serrano ham, fish and seafoods straight from the sea are integral to the delicious cuisine of Spain.

A typical breakfast or snack for many Spanish and Mediterranean people in general is to cut crunchy bread in half, drizzle with olive oil and then rub with garlic and a juicy ripe tomato. Sprinkle with salt and enjoy!

Very Spanish, very easy, very healthy and incredibly delicious!

Serrano ham and cheeses such as Manchego together with olives form the basis of many of the famous tapas. To enable you to enjoy these we have linked up with La Tienda who offer all of these delicious foods at very competitive prices.
