Spanish Food Recipes ~ Tasty Spanish Tapas


Recipes of Spain Olives

Our Easy Spanish Recipes include various Spanish tapas and marinated olives are always served in tapas bars and very easy to make.


Ingredients

  • 8 ozs olives (4ozs of black and 4ozs green)

  • 1 teaspoon coriander seeds

  • 2 crushed garlic cloves

  • 2-3 teaspoons of parsley

  • 1 tablespoon of sherry vinegar

  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

  • Small wedges of lemon to decorate


Method

  • Rinse until all brine has been removed.

  • Crush together coriander seeds, garlic, parsley, vinegar and olive oil.

  • Put olives in a screw top jar and cover with marinade.

  • Leave in fridge for 1 week - then eat!
