For cold starters you can have Hommus (Creamed peas dressed with sesame oil and lemon juice), Zalouka (Eggplant sautéed with garlic and parsley), Taktouka (Saute green pepper with tomato, garlic and parsley) and Cachumbar de tomates (Tomato, onion tender, green pepper and fresh cilantro mint) all approx 4 - 5 euros.
